QR Codes & Booking Links

Generate branded QR codes and platform-specific booking links to drive new clients from social media, print materials, and beyond.

Overview

This guide shows you how to create a custom QR code for your salon, generate booking links for seven platforms, and track which channels bring the most bookings. You will use the QR Code Settings page to design your code, copy links for each platform, and review click and conversion analytics over time.

Prerequisites

1

Open QR Code Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar. Then select the QR Codes & Links tab.

What you'll see: Three sections on the page: QR Code Generator at the top, Booking Links by Platform in the middle, and Booking Analytics at the bottom.

2

Generate Your QR Code

The QR Code Generator shows a live preview of your code. Use the controls below the preview to customize it.

SettingOptionsDefault
FormatPNG or SVGPNG
Size (px)100 to 1000 pixels, in steps of 50300
Error CorrectionLow (7%), Medium (15%), Quartile (25%), High (30%)Medium
Dark ColorAny hex color via the color picker#000000 (black)
Light ColorAny hex color via the color picker#FFFFFF (white)

The preview updates automatically when you change any setting. Choose a higher error correction level if you plan to print at small sizes or add a logo overlay.

What you'll see: A live QR code image centered in a gray preview area. Below it, dropdown menus for Format and Error Correction, a number input for Size, and two color pickers side by side.

3

Download and Print

Click the Download PNG (or Download SVG) button below the configuration options. The file saves to your computer with the name qr-code-your-salon-slug.png (or .svg).

If you need to start over, click Regenerate to refresh the code with your current settings.

Tip: Use SVG format for large prints like posters and banners — SVG scales to any size without losing quality. Use PNG for digital use, email signatures, and social media posts. Set the size to at least 512px for print materials.

Create Platform Booking Links

Scroll down to the Booking Links by Platform section. This shows a card for each of the seven supported platforms.

PlatformWhat it's for
InstagramLink in your Instagram bio or stories
FacebookShare on your Facebook page or in posts
GoogleAdd to your Google Business Profile
TikTokLink in your TikTok bio
EmailInclude in newsletters and email campaigns
SMSSend via text message to clients
PrintUse on flyers, business cards, and receipts

Each platform card shows the platform name and icon, setup instructions, the booking URL with a Copy button, a click count, and an Active/Inactive toggle.

To use a link, click Copy next to the URL. Paste it into the appropriate platform. Each platform has a unique tracking URL so you can see which channels perform best.

Track Performance

Scroll to the Booking Analytics section. Use the period selector buttons to view data for the last 7 Days, 30 Days, or 90 Days.

The analytics dashboard shows three key metrics at the top:

MetricDescription
Total ClicksHow many times your booking links were clicked
ConversionsHow many clicks resulted in a completed booking
Conversion RateThe percentage of clicks that became bookings

Below the metrics, a pie chart breaks down clicks by platform. Each slice shows the platform name and its percentage share. Further down, a Platform Breakdown table lists every platform with its clicks, conversions, and conversion rate.

What you'll see: Three colored metric cards (blue for clicks, green for conversions, purple for conversion rate) across the top. A pie chart in the center. A detailed table below with columns for Platform, Clicks, Conversions, and Rate.
